My practice focuses on children, adolescents, couples and families. I provide my clients with a caring and supportive environment in which they feel safe to explore their concerns and work towards resolution. My approach takes into consideration the presenting concern, the developmental stage of my client, and the research regarding what has shown to be most effective in resolving similar concerns. I focus not only on the individual client, but also on how the client’s environment (family, school/work, peer group) impacts on the concern, and what role the environment can play in the resolution.
